放疗结合动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期头颈部肿瘤

Radiotherapy combining with transarterial chemoembolization in the treatment of advanced tumors of head and neck

目的:探讨放疗结合动脉灌注化疗在中晚期头颈部肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。 方法 :对 30例中晚期头颈部肿瘤患者进行选择性肿瘤供血动脉插管化疗 ,1周后行放射治疗。观察病变改善情况 ,评价治疗效果。 结果 :30例患者总有效率为 6 3.3% ,其中完全缓解 3例。 结论 :对中。

Objective: To investigate clinical value of radiotherapy combing with transarterial chemoembolization in treating advanced tumors of head and neck. Methods: Selective intraarterial infusion chemotherapy was used in 30 patients with advanced tumors of head and neck. After a week, radiotherapy was carried out and the patients were observed to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Results: The total response rate was 63.3%. 3 case had complete response. Conclusion: Radiation combined with selective transarterial infusion chemotherapy for the advanced tumors of head and neck can produce effective response
