Gastric Xanthoma Versus Signet ring cell carcinoma

目的:寻找胃黄色瘤与印戒细胞癌的病理表现异同 ,为正确诊断提供依据。方法:对 73例印戒细胞癌标本进行回顾性分析 ,行石蜡切片 HE染色及免疫组化 CD6 8、EMA、S- 10 0、HP的检测。结果 :CD6 8阳性及 EMA阴性的病例占 2 .74 % ;CD6 8阳性及 EMA阳性的病例占 2 7.4 0 % ;CD6 8阴性及 EMA阳性病例占 6 7.12 % ;CD6 8阴性及 EMA阴性病例占 2 .74 %。 结论 :黄色瘤与印戒细胞癌在常规组织切片上有相似之处 ,免疫表型有部分重叠。准确的诊断应结合病变组织的大体表现、HE常规切片及免疫组化检查进行综合分析。

Objective: To explore the clinicopathologic features of gastric xanthoma. Methods: Seventy three cases of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma were investigated by combining immunohistochemical staining with morphologic analysis. Results: The cases both CD68 and EMA positive were 27.4%; Positive in CD68 and negative in EMA were 2.74%; Positive in EMA and negative in CD68 were 67.1%; Both CD68 and EMA negative were 2.74%. Conclusions: The diagnosis of the gastric xanthoma depends on the multiple analysis of macroscopy, microscopy and immunohistochemical stain.
