摘要
报告了从油田分离到的XL—02菌株对石油烃的降解,探讨了pH值、接种量、油质量浓度及温度对菌体生长和降油率的影响。结果表明,XI-02菌株对pH值具有较宽的适应范围,且pH值在7.0~7.5时,降油效果最好;随着接种量的增加除油率逐步增加;相对较低的含油量和在30~35℃下除油率高。
It was reported that XL-02 strain isolated from sludge of oil field degraded petroleum. The
wide range of pH had less influence on XL-02 strain, but pH 7.0-7.5 was optimum. The rate of de-
grading oil of XL-02 increased with the amount of inoculia and it reduced with the increase in concentra-
tions of oil. The optimum temperature is 30-35℃.
