摘要
以市售Fe3O4粉末为原料,经化学处理制得纳米Fe3O4糊状物;向Fe3O4糊状物中加入壳聚糖,制得磁性壳聚糖纳米粒子。用透射电子显微镜观察到Fe3O4粒子呈较规则的球形,粒径为8~12nm,分布均匀;包覆壳聚糖以后,粒子粒径增大到10~15nm。经红外光谱检测,壳聚糖已包覆Fe3O4粒子。用紫外 可见光谱仪检测溶液吸光度的变化来研究包覆粒子的磁响应性,研究结果表明:当无外加磁场时,粒子的沉降速率很慢;当施以磁感应强度为8mT的磁场时,粒子沉降速率快速增大;磁性壳聚糖纳米粒子具有磁性稳定和靶向性强的优点。
Magnetites (Fe_3O_4) powder was treated by chemical method to transform into nanometer size aqueous slurry. Chitosan and Fe_3O_4 aqueous slurry were mixed by appropriate proportion, and the magnetic chitosan nanoparticles were produced. The morphology and size of the Fe_3O_4 and magnetic chitosan nanoparticles were measured by TEM. The results show that Fe_3O_4 particles and magnetic chitosan nanoparticles are regular sphere with a size rang of 8 ~ 12 nm and 10 ~ 15 nm, respectively. IR results indicate that the Fe_3O_4 particles was coated completely by the chitosan. The absorbance was observed by UV-Vis spectroscope to study the magnetic response properties. In the presence of 8 mT magnetic field, the speed of subsidence was faster than that of the absence of magnetic field. It indicates that magnetic chitosan nanoparticles have good magnetic properties and target effect.
