摘要
提出了用岩石对钻头金刚石的研磨能力大小(A值)和岩石对钻头胎体的研磨能力大小(B值)来表示岩石可钻性的方法,研究了金刚石锯片切割对比法测定A值的方法,岩石B值是岩石的胶结程度、矿物粒度、矿物成分等因素的综合反映。采用金刚石新陈代谢速度u来表示钻头性能,钻头性能与A,B值及作用在钻头唇面上压力p、钻头线速度υ之间的量化关系为u=AwBxpyυz。确定了钻头的设计程序:根据A和B值,p和υ来确定金刚石新陈代谢速度,选定钻头的5个主要参数即金刚石质量、粒度和体积分数及胎体耐磨性、包镶强度。研究结果表明:采用A和B值可表示岩石可钻性;通过测定A和B值,可较准确地量化出岩石的可钻性;u由岩石A,B值及p和υ来确定;根据u值设计和选定钻头的5个参数;提高u可以提高钻头时效,降低u可以延长钻头寿命。
A new method on rock drillability based on value A and B, and the method for determining A and B of rock are put forward in this paper. The value A is a data when rock grinds diamonds of bit in drilling, and the value B is a data when rock grinds matrix of bit in drilling. Value A is measured through cutting by diamond saws, and value B is related to the cementation, granularity, and component of mineral in rock. Evaluating the performance of bit can be expressed by the speed of diamond metabolism (u). The u of bit is related to value A, B, the load on bit (p) and the line rate of bit (v), that is u=A^wB^xp^yυ~z. The procedure for designing bit is to make sure the speed of diamond metabolism according to A, B, p and v. Those data are given about designing parameter of bit by the speed of diamond metabolism. The results show that the new method of rock drillability is good in reason, and it can be expressed the rock drillability in quantity. The u is ensured by A, B, p and v. And the parameters of bit are chosen by u. The drilling efficiency can be increased if u is enhanced, and the life of bit can be prolonged if u is reduced.
