摘要
在分析单相串励电动机换向元件中电动势的基础上,就逆转向偏移电刷一个适当的角度β,来改善换向性能的方法进行了阐述。介绍了如何准确确定换向器几何中性线的位置,推导出电刷偏移角β的计算式,并说明了电刷偏移对电动机其它性能的影响和偏移角的限制。
On the basis of analyzing the electromotance in the commutating components of single phase motor,the methods of improving commutating performance through offset reversal from the brush to form a suitable angle β are set forth.The ways to accurately determine the position of the geometric center line and the calculating formula of the brush offset angle β is derived.The influence of the brush offset on other performance of the motor and the restriction on the offset angle are also illustrated.
