摘要
为实现大跨度洞室拱部大体积钢筋混凝土衬砌的顺利施工和保证良好的混凝土施工质量 ,文章针对控制高密度布筋的大塌落度混凝土施工配合比的设计、保证施工质量的施工方案的制定、大跨度混凝土拆模强度和拆模时间的确定以及控制大跨度钢筋混凝土开裂技术和混凝土施工中应采取的相应措施等进行了分析和论证 ,有效地解决了该工程混凝土施工中难度大、浇注密实性差、拆模时间长、易开裂等现场施工难题 。
In order to realize the smooth casting of large volume reinforced concrete for the arch lining of a large span cavern and to guarantee the quality of concrete, the paper analyzes and demonstrates the following items: to design properly the proportion of concrete with heavy reinforcement and large slump, to establish working programs that may result in a good quality project, to determine the strength of concrete and time for form stripping as well as the corresponding measures to control the cracks in reinforced concrete, as a result, such problems as difficulties in casting, poor casting compactness, long time for form stripping and cracks in concrete are solved. The practice can be referred to by similar projects in the future.
