摘要
在福堂电站调压井第一期衬砌施工中 ,首次采用了全圆整体“倒悬挂模板”进行混凝土支护 ,施工速度比常规模板衬砌快两倍 ,取得了显著的工程效益。文章全面介绍了全圆整体“倒悬挂模板”的工作原理、结构设计、安装调试及混凝土浇筑 。
A large inversely suspended form was used for the first time for concreting during the first stage of lining of the pressure shaft in Futang hydropower station, with the construction speed doubled compared with that by using conventional form of lining and with significant engineering efficiency acquired. The paper introduces the principles, structural design and the installation of the whole circular inversely suspended form, which can be taken for inference by the building of large shafts and similar projects.
