错少年儿童口腔不良习惯与颞下颌关节紊乱病的相关性研究

目的 :探讨少年儿童口腔不良习惯、错牙合与颞下颌关节紊乱病 (TMD)之间的关系。方法 :本文以 10 6例TMD错牙合少年儿童为对象 ,以问卷调查、关节检查及薛氏位片等手段对患者的口腔不良习惯、主观症状等进行调查 ,同时对客观体征、牙合及咬合以及髁状突位置等进行检查。结果 :15～ 17岁TMD患者比例最大 ;约 5 7.6 %的TMD患者有不同程度的不良习惯 ,以唇习惯最多 ;TMD错牙合青少年不良习惯发生率较高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :青少年儿童口腔不良习惯、错牙合与TMD之间相互影响 ;

Objective: To evaluate the relationship among oral bad habit ,malocclusion and TMD in children and adolescent. Methods: In this article ,oral bad habit and clinical findings from 106 children cases diagnosed as Temporomandibular Disorders(TMD)with malocclusion were investigated. Using standardized interview questionnaire, joint palpation and schuler position X-ray photography to evaluate TMJ condition. Results: The proportion of TMD patients within 15～17years old is the most. About 57.6% of TMD patients have distinctive bad habit and lip habit is the most. The occuring proporton of malocclusion and TMD adolescent is clearly high and the difference is prominence (P<0.005). Conclusions: The interaction among oral bad habit ,malocclusion and TMD is significant. For the bad habit of the adolescent ,there is an imporent effect on development of malocclusion and the happenings of TMD.
