轴流式油气混输泵内部的CFD分析及优化设计 被引量:15

摘要 基于标准的K ε紊流模型 ,利用CFD软件FLUENT及其预处理软件GAMBIT ,模拟了轴流式油气混输泵的叶轮及混流器内的三维紊流场 ,依据三维紊流场的预测结果优化叶轮及混流器相关的几何参数。实验表明 。 The impellers of an axial flow oil-gas transport pumps and the three-dimensional turbulent current fields inside the mixed-flow units were simulated by using CFD software FLUENT and its pretreatment software GAMBIT based on the standard K-ε turbulent current model, and the geometric parameters related to the impellers and the mixed-flow units were optimized based on the predicted results of the three-dimensional turbulent current fields. The result shows that it was a reliable way to promote the transported gas content and efficiency of the axial flow oil-gas transport pumps.
