摘要
介绍了不同煤种配煤直接液化试验研究成果;通过试验研究,总结出配煤液化反应过程中,两种煤中间物沥青质产生与转化为油的速率不同,催化剂效用得到了提高,从而提高了液化油产率;试验证明,大有高硫褐煤与天祝气煤配合,其直接液化油产率比两种单煤的液化油产率提高了2%以上,可达到69.66%,有较好的应用前景。
The direct liquefaction research result of blended coals has been introduced. Tests and studies show that as the conversion speed from asphaltene into oil of two different coals that have been blended is not the same in the liquefaction process, the efficiency of the catalysts is improved and thus, the liquefaction oil yield is increased. After the Dayou high-sulphur brown coal is blended with the Tianzhu gas coal, the direct liquefaction oil yield is increased by over 2% as compared with that of the single coal. This improvement brings the oil yield up to 69.66%, which shows a promising future.
