摘要
以凸轮机构的凸轮轮廓曲线、运动的准确性以及结构尺寸和寿命为考虑因素,讨论了凸轮机构从动件滚子的半径与轮廓曲线、凸轮高副的接触应力以及润滑油膜厚度等的关系,提出了滚子半径的选择原则。
This paper takes account of the several factors including the contour curve of cam,the accuracy of motion, structure size and the time of normal work of cam mechanism by discussing the relationship between the roller radius and contour curve ,the touch-stress between the roller and cam, the thickness of lubricant film. Put forward the selection rule of the roller radius.
