端粒维持的机制

Mechanism for Telomere Maintenance
摘要
目前认为端粒维持通过两种机制 :端粒酶依赖型机制 (TA型 )和端粒酶非依赖型机制 (ALT型 )。对两种机制进行了概述并对其相互关系进行了讨论。
