摘要
讨论了系统数学模型的几种表达方式及其建立方法,并且分析了系统数学模型的建立对于系统性能的客观评价的必要性。提出了系统建模的通用模式,给出了几种数学模型表达方式之间转换关系,它们是进行系统分析、设计、最优控制、状态估计、系统仿真等工作的基础和工具。重点研究了曲面加工系统数学模型的建立过程,找到了切削加工工艺系统建模的有效途径。
Several expressions and their establishing method of a system model are discussed, and the necessity of evaluating system performance is analyzed. General mode of modeling and transformation of several model expressions is posed, which are the base and tool of analyzing, designing, optimizing control, state estimating, system simulating and so on. Mathematically modeling progress of machining system for curved - surface is studied emphatically and the efficient way of technology system modeling in machining is provided.
