The phrase “Laixi” mainly presented in Buci in Wuding Denisty. After the whole study of “Laixi" in both word form and Buci’s practical use, we know that the phrase “Laixi" mainly referres to the harassments and the robbing and Killing behaviours of the rebelling country, rather than the natural and man-made calamities.
