摘要
以临床药学角度对小儿全营养混合液处方的合理设计、配制;并根据临床各项生化指标进行配方、调整、合理用药等各环节为病人提供全程药学服务实践。
From clinical pharmacy's point of view, TNA for children should be confected and designed rationally with a formula adjusted according to biochemical indices and rational use of drug, which had been carried out in the whole pharmaceutical care process in our hospital practice.
