头孢吡肟治疗儿童中重度肺炎疗效

Observe the therapeutic effect of cefepime on children's middling and severity bacteria pneumonia

?目的观察头孢吡肟对其它药物治疗无效的中、重度肺炎的疗效和不良反应。方法:我院 2003 年 6～7 月使用其它抗生素治疗无效的中重度肺炎患儿 11 例,给予头孢吡肟治疗,观察疗效和不良反应。结果: 例因皮疹换药, 例无效停药,有效率 81.8% 。结 1 1论:头孢吡肟为儿童中、重度肺炎经验治疗的首选药物。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of cefepime on children's middling and severity bacteria pneumonia. Method: 11 cases of pneumonia whose 6-7 month treatments with other antibiotics turned out to be ineffective in 2003 were treated with cefepime. Then the observation of its therapeutic effect and adverse reaction was made. Result: The efficacious rate was 81.8% with the medicine stopped in use for two cases, one suffering tetter and the other no effect at all. Conclusion: Cefepime is the primary drug for children's middling and severity bacteria pneumonia.
