我院儿科住院病历抗感染药物使用情况分析

Investigation and analysis of the use of the anti-infections drug in the pediatric department of our hospital

目的通过我院儿科抗感染药物的使用情况调查,为临床合理使用抗感染药物提供参考。方法:随机抽取 2002 年 11 月￣2003年 10 月儿科出院病历 177 份,统计分析了病历中抗感染药物的分类、使用频度、总金额、人均金额及联合用药等情况。结果:各类抗感染药物使用频度由高到低依次为抗病毒类、头孢菌素类、青霉素类。单用药占使用抗感染药处方的 7.39% ,二联占 64.97% ,三联占26.70% 。结论:我院儿科住院抗感染药物的使用基本合理,但仍存在某些问题需要改进。

Objective: Through an investigation of the application of anti-infection drugs in the pediatric department of our hospital, a reference was offered for a reasonable clinic administration of such kind of medicines. Methods: 177 patient history records from November 2002 to October 2003 in the pediatric department of our hospital were picked out at random. The classification of anti-infection medicines, their use frequency, amount, per person amount and combined administration were dealt with by means of statistics. Results: From high to low, the use frequency of anti-infection drugs was antivirus, cephalosporins, and penicillins. The rations of 1, 2, or 3 antibrotics on one prescription were 7.39%, 64.97% and 26.70% respectively. Conclusions: The use of anti-infection drugs in our hospital is reasonable on the whole but there are some problems needing improving.
