α——甲基苯乙烯低聚物的表征及其在塑料加工中的应用研究

Study on Characterization and Applications of the α-Methylstyrene Oligomer as Processing Aids for Polyolefines and PVC

本文表征了α-甲基本乙烯(α-MS)低聚物(DP=2-3)的结构及性质,深入研究了α-MS 低聚物作为加工助剂在聚烯烃树脂加工中的应用。结果表明,α-MS 低聚物可明显改善树脂流变性能、减少能耗、改善制品的抗冲击性能,是一类性能良好的加工助剂。

The two types of structure of α-Methylstyrene oligomer(DP=2-3)werecharacterized.The applications of the oligomers as processing aids for variouspolyolefines,such as PP,HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE as well as PVC were studiedin detail.The results show that α-Methylstyrene oligomers can not only improvethe theological behavior for various polyolefines and PVC,but also in certaincases improve the impact strength of the product to certain extent.It can obvi-ously save the energy consumption.
