摘要
以CaO -Al2 O3 -SiO2 系统为基础玻璃成分 ,钢铁工业废渣为主要原料 ,CaF2 ,Fe2O3 ,Cr2 O3 ,ZrO2 作为复合晶核剂 ,采用熔融法制备了钢铁工业矿渣玻璃陶瓷 ,运用DTA ,XRD和SEM等测试方法对材料工艺制度和晶相进行了分析和观察 ,测定了材料的主要物理和化学性能 ,并对晶核剂的作用机理、材料性能以及工艺制度进行了分析和研究。实验表明 :所制玻璃陶瓷的主晶相为普通辉石 [Ca(Mg ,Fe ,Al) (Si,Al) 2 O6]和透辉石 [CaMg(SiO3 ) 2 ],其化学稳定性较好 ,密度达到 3.0 2g/cm3 ,吸水率低于0 0 4 % ,抗弯强度达 2 5 0MPa。
CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 glass-ceramics were prepared using iron and steel slag as the major material and CaF_2, Fe_2O_3, Cr_2O_3, ZrO_2 as the multi-nucleation agent. Phase compositions and technical parameters were discussed by DTA, XRD and SEM. The principal physical and chemical properities of the glass-ceramics were tested and the mechanism of the nucleating agent, properties, technical parameters were investigated. The XRD results show that the main crystal phases of the glass-ceramics are [Ca(Mg,Fe,Al) (Si,Al)_2O_6] and [CaMg(SiO_3)_2]. The material shows a good chemical stability and has a density of 3.02g/cm 3, water absorption less than 0.04% and bending strength of 250MPa.
