密封效果是直接影响VRLA蓄电池使用寿命的重要因素之一,而胶粘剂固化效果决定着电池的密封效果,因此,如何降低胶封过程中外界因素对胶粘剂固化效果的影响十分重要。通过大量的现场试验和分析,找出了VRLA蓄电池制造过程中操作、环境等因素对胶粘剂固化效果的影响规律及解决措施。

Airproof-effect is one of the most important factors that influence the VRLA battery service life,and the curing-effect of adhesive determines batterys airproof-effect.Therefore,how to reduce the effect of external factors on the curing-effect of adhesive during glue-sealing is very important.Based on lots of field testing and analyzing,the author found some rules related to environment and operation influencing the curing-effect of adhesive in the process of producing VRLA batteries and the measures to be taken.
