糖尿病大鼠红细胞免疫功能动态观察

摘要 目的观察糖尿病大鼠不同病程阶段红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法将30只Wister大鼠分为实验组与正常对照组。实验组用链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin, STZ)诱发糖尿病。并于糖尿病发病后4、6和12周对两组大鼠红细胞C_3b受体花环率(red blood cell C_3b receptor rosette, RBC-C_3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC immune complex rosette, RBC-ICR)及调节因子进行了检测,同时与空腹血糖和糖基化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))进行了分析。结果在各实验时点,糖尿病大鼠RSC-C_3bRR和RBC-ICR均明显低于正常对照组大鼠(P<0.05),免疫粘附抑制率则高于对照组(P<0.01),HbA 1c亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而免疫粘附促进率两组间差异无显著性(P<0.05)。BBC-C_3bRR降低与免疫粘附抑制率及HbA_(1c)呈负相关。结论糖尿病大鼠红细胞免疫功能处于低下状态,其为原发性免疫功能低下。红细胞免疫功能异常可能参与糖尿病视网膜病变等血管性并发症的发生和发展。 Objective To observe the changes of immunologic function of red blood cell (RBC) in the rats during different stage after the occurrence of diabetes.Methods Thirty wister rats were used in this study for two groups,experinmen and control.The rats in experiment group were induced diabetes with streptozocin.The red blood cell Qb receptor rosette (RBC-C3bRR),RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR),and immunologic factor' s activeties of RBC were investigated in 4,6,and 12 weeks after the occurrence of diabetes.The level of fasting blood-glucose (FBG),hemoglobin glycosylation (HbAlc) also studied.Results During the experimental period,RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR in diabetic rats were significantly lower than that in the control (P<0.05),RBC immunologic adherence suppress rate in diabetic rats was markedly higher than that in control (P<0.01),HbA Ic in diabetic rats was also obviously higher than that in control (P<0.05),but there was not statiscal significant in RBC immunologic adherence acceleration rate between experiment and control (P>0.05).The deterioration of RBC-C3bRR,suppressor rate of RBC immunologic adherence,and HbA1c shown negative correlation.Conclusion The immunologic function of RBC in the diabetic rats was lowered,which belonged to primary reduction.It may be contributing in the occurrence and development of diabetic vascular complication,as diabetic retinopathy.
