摘要
本文报导了 PVC 新型复合剂(W—894)对 ABS/PVC 合金所表现出的极其优异的热稳定效果。通过毛细管流变仪考察物料的粘度、色泽及熔体破坏等随时间的变化结果表明,采用该稳定剂,可使 ABS/PVC 合金在210℃下经过120分钟色泽变化不大,也未发生熔体破坏。而且,经检测 PVC 制品中的铅含量达上水管要求。
This paper reported that a new PVC complex stabilizer(W-894) had an exce-llent thermal stabilizing effect on the ABS/PVC alloy by means of capillaryrheometer,the change of viscosity,tinct and melt fracture with time wasobserved and showed that,using the new type stabilizer,the tinct of the ABS/PVC alloy had little change at 210℃ during 120 min.,and melt fracture alsodid not occur.And by measurements,the lead content in the PVC productsmeets the requirement of sanitary standards for water supplying pipe lines.
