口型入口角对聚苯乙烯挤出流动特性的影响

Influence of Die Entrance Angle on the Flow Properties of Polystyrene in Extrusion

选用一组具有不同入口角的毛细管口型,以考察挤出过程中入口角对聚苯乙烯熔体流动特性的影响。实验表明,不同牌号的聚苯乙烯的流动特性对口型入口角变化的敏感程度存在一定的差异。本文对此作了初步的分析和讨论。

In this paper,the influence of the entrance angle of the capillary rheo-meter on the melt flow properties of polystyrene was investigated by meansof capillary dies with different entrance angle during extrusion process.Theexperiment showed that sensitivity of the flow properties of different gradepolystyrene on die entrance angle variations is certainly different.The authoranalyzed and discussed the results briefly.
