摘要
阐述了多次处理流溪河水电厂2号机上机架振动超标的经过,分析了造成振动大的原因。在最后的一次处理中找出机架振动大的根源就是转子磁极松动,导致大轴的摆度加大,下导间隙变大,从而引致机架振动不断增大。消除缺陷后,机组各运行参数良好,取得理想的效果。
The treatments of superstandard vibration of Unit 2 upper generator bracket in Liuxihe Hydropower Plant are described. In the last treatment, it was discovered that the problem was caused by loose rotor pole that led to augmented shaft swing and bigger clearance of lower guide bearing. Satisfactory operation results are obtained after eliminating the defect.
