特重型颅脑外伤病人救治分析

Analysis of saving on the patients with critcal craniocerebral trauma

目的 :总结特重型 (GCS3分 )颅脑外伤病人的救治经验。方法 :对我科 1 992年 1 2月至 2 0 0 2年 1 2月收治的GCS 3分特重型颅脑外伤病人 48例进行回顾性总结。结果 :48例GCS 3分特重型颅脑外伤病人生存 2 6例 (54 2 % ) ,其中功能恢复良好 2例 ,轻残 1 3例 ,中残 9例 ,重残 2例 ;死亡 2 2例 (45 8% )。结论 :对特重型颅脑外伤病人采取尽早清除颅内血肿、大骨瓣减压、严控每天的出入量、低温治疗、呼吸机辅助呼吸、维持内环境稳定、防治并发症等综合治疗 ,可提高特重型颅脑外伤病人抢救成功率和改善预后。

Objective:To summarize the experience of save and cure on the patients with critical craniocerebral truma.Methods:To review the patients who were admitted into hospital from Dec 1992 to Dec 2002.Results:Of 48 cases,exist 26 cases.(54.2%),function better 2 cases,mild 13 cases,middle 9 cases,serious 2 cases,death 22 cases(45.8%).Conclusions:Cleaning of intracranial hematoma and deconpession of big bone flap should be maken early for critical patiens,strict control measure everyday,treatment by low temperature,respirator,not only maintaining stability of inside environment,prevention and cure complications and syndrome,but also increasing rate of rescure and improving prognosis.
