摘要 运用AutoCAD,Pro/ENGINEER提供的三维实体建模及模型的质量特性分析功能,建立被加工零件的三维实体模型,准确计算其质心相对车削回转轴的位置;根据平衡车削离心力的要求,设计夹具形状、偏心质量;建立夹具三维实体模型,调整夹具非平衡质量形状,确定夹具质心位置,使车削过程中被加工零件、夹具产生的离心力相平衡,实现高速车削;采用装夹定位零件的质心的方法,实现高效生产。 AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER provide us with solid modeling and model analysis, with which three dimensional model of the machined part can be established, mass center coordinates of the part can be calculated well and truly. We design a jig and a counterweight on the principle balance the centrifugal in lathe. To balance the part抯 centrifugal of against the jig抯 centrifugal. We establish the jig model, resize the jig quality and locate the mass center of jig with designing the jig shape for high speed machining. Improve the productivity by way of located the mass center of part in fixedness place in the process of clamping.
