分析了铁路工程项目管理现状,借鉴国际工程项目管理模式,对铁路工程项目管理提出改革建议。
It analyzes the current status of management of railway engineering project and puts forward the suggestions on reforming the managements of railway engineering project by learning management model of international engineering project.
