摘要
本文报道了微量元素钼对纸筒育苗甜菜的生长及产质量的影响。试验在新疆奇台农业试验站进行。每册纸筒施钼酸铵数量分别为2.5克、7.5克、12.5克、17.5克和22.5克。各种用量的钼酸铵均使甜菜的叶绿素含量下降、过氧化氢酶活性降低。随着施钼酸铵量增加,甜菜幼苗的生长受到抑制,根产量降低,只有每册纸筒施钼酸铵2.5克和7.5克的甜菜根产量比对照高22.2%和18.8%,各处理对甜菜含糖率的影响不大。
The effect of the trace element molybdenum was reported on the growth, yield and quality of sugarbeet cultivated by raising of seedlings in paper—pots. The test was conducted in the Qitai experimental station of agriculture of Xinjiang.The application amount of ammonium molybdate in per unit paperpots was 2.5g,7.5g,12.5g, 17.5g,and 22.5g respectively.All the five treatments with the ammonium molybdate resulted in the decrease in the content of chlorophyll and the activity of hydrogen peroxidase in sugarbeet. With the increase of the amount of the chemical fertilizer the growth of the seedlings was inhibited and the root yield decreased at the harvest. Only the root yield with the treatments of ammonium molybdate of 2.5g and 7.5g increased by 22.5% and 18.8% compared with the control. All the treatments had less effect on the sugar content of sugarbeet.
