近年来,黑龙江省每年暖甜菜收购量约占甜菜总收购量的80%以上。为了减少保藏损失,我们进行了用双层塑料编织布苫盖暖甜菜的技术研究,同时进行了试验和推广。此项技术可使暖甜菜堆表面相对湿度达到75%以上,堆内温度与草帘苫盖相同,甜菜中的还原糖比草帘苫孟降低0.0078个百分点。经1985—1987年在省内17座糖厂的试验,暖甜菜用塑料编织布苫盖比用草帘苫盖,根重损失平均降低了1.33个百分点,每吨甜菜的糖量损失平均减少了1.49公斤。
In recent years the quantity of fresh sugarbeet storage has reached 80 percent of the total output of sugarbeet per annum in Heilongjiang province. In order to reduce the storage losses the new technique for covering the fresh sugarbeet with the double-layer plastic cloth was studied and tested. Applying this technique,as compared with he raditional covering on fresh sugarbeet pile with straw screen,the relative humidity at the surface of the pile could be over 75 percent,the temperature in the pile was similar to the traditional covering and the percentage of the invert sugar in the fresh sugarbeet decreased 0.0078.The tests with the new technique in seventeen beet sugar factories,from 1985 to 1987 in Heilongjiang showed that the mean losses of the root weight and the sugar yield per ton of sugarbeet decreased 1.33 in percent point and 1.49ks respectively.
