肺减容术治疗重度肺气肿
摘要
临床应用肺减容手术（lung volume reduction surgery，LVRS)治疗重度肺气肿以来，已经使某些肺气肿患者改善了肺功能，提高了生活质量。但终末性肺气肿患者肺功能损害严重，重要器官功能储备能力差，肺减容手术风险大，并发症多，围手术期处理有待于进一步完善。我院1997年8月-2003年5月施行LVRS 34例(38次)。本文就LVRS有关问题分析和总结如下。
