摘要
本文着重研究硫酸灰与电导灰的关系。用国际糖品统一分析方法委员会规定的分析方法对127个白糖样品分别进行电导灰与硫酸灰配对分析,结果表明硫酸灰分换算因量是一个呈正态分布,且波动范围在2.14×10^(-4)至8.0×10^(-4)之间的变数。以电导灰作自变量X,硫酸灰作因变量Y,可得线性回归方程Y=0.002367+0.8063X,其相关系数是0.8478。
This paper deals with the conductivity ash VS. Sulphated ash in white sugars. For 127 samples of white sugar (cane sugar and beet sugar), The ACF (ash conversion factor) measured by ICUMSA methods, ranged from 2.14×10^(-4) to 8.0×10^(-4). The test results showed the ACF was normally distributed. With conductivity ash% as independent variable, X, and sulohated ash% as dependent variable, Y, a mathematical model can be obtained by linear regrelsion analysis. Y=0.002367+0.8063X and correlation coefficient, r=0.8478
