摘要
本文根据机车车辆动力学试验鉴定规范和评定标准,结合几年来进行的机车车辆动力学性能试验,开发编制了一整套适合机车车辆动力学试验的数据处理程序。处理结果给出了轮轨力、脱轨系数、增减载率及线路横向稳定性系数的各基本特征参数值和概率频度谱;对振动加速度进行时域和频域分析,并对振动加速度波形随时间采样值和峰谷值进行了正态分布的验证。
Based on the verification specifications and assessment criteria for locomotive and rolling stock dynamic tests and in conjunction with the dynamic performance tests carried out in the past few years, this paper describes the development of a complete set of programme suitable for processing data obtained in locomotive and rolling stock dynamic performance tests. Included in the processed results are the values of such basic parameters and probability spectrum as wheel/rail force, derailment coefficient, load increasing and decreasing rates and track lateral stability coefficient. The paper also carries out time and frequency domain analysis of vibration acceleration as well as normal distribution verification for valley points and time-related sampling values on the vibration acceleratiou wave.
