摘要
本文从我国进口ND_5内燃机车及国产大功率内燃机车的需要出发,对铁路内燃机车四代机油进行了深入研究,经过室内理化性能试验、模拟评定、多种发动机台架试验和现场试验,研制出三种配方的铁路四代机油(两种含锌油,一种非锌油)与美国机车维修者协会(LMOA)四代机油的标准,GE公司机车制造厂超性能油的技术条件以及用进口复合剂调制已在ND_5机车上使用的四代机油相比,其各方面性能均达到了国外四代机油的先进水平,可以替代进口四代机油在ND_4、ND_5、东风_6与东风_4C等型机车上应用,填补了我国铁路四代机油的空白。
This paper describes the research on the fourth generation lubricating oil for railroad diesel locomotives, including imported ND_5 diesel locomotives and home-made high-power diesel locomotives. On the basis of physico-chemical test data, the results of simulated evaluation, engine tests and road tests, we succeeded in developing three formulations of fourth generation oils (two containing Zn and one Zn-free), the various performance parameters of which are comparable to similar foreign products and the forth generation oil made of domestic base oil and imported additives (OLOA 2939). They can be used on ND_4, ND_5, Dong Feng_4 C and Dong Feng_6 diesel locomotives in place of imported oils.
