摘要 城市可持续发展应是一个城市经济发展、社会进步、环境支持三者保持高度和谐的过程。用熵值法能构造出经济发展、社会进步和环境支持指数三个复合指标,设计出评价城市可持续发展的可持续系数和协调系数。基于熵值法的城市可持续发展评价方法,合理地解决了评价中关于发展水平、速度和子系统协调性的关系,丰富了可持续发展评价问题的解决途径,实证研究的结果表明该评价方法是有效的。 Urban sustainable development (USD) should be in concord with urban economic development, social progress and environmental support. This paper uses the method of entropy-value to produce the three comprehensive indexes of economical development, social development, and environmental support. With these indexes, two comprehensive evaluating coefficients of USD are found: sustainability coefficient of USD and coordination index of USD. It is argued that the method of USD evaluation based on entropy can effectively solve the problem of coordination between such factors as level, speed and subsystem of development in the process of evaluation. It has proved an effective method and an important addition to solutions to problems with evaluation of sustainable development.
