SCF/c-kitR在生殖腺胚胎发育中作用的研究进展

摘要 SCF(stem cell factor,干细胞因子)是由小鼠第10号染色体sl基因位点编码的多功能生长因子(Zsebokin等,1990),又名肥大细胞生长因子.SCF的受体c-kitR是由显性白斑基因(dominant whitespotting,wlocus)编码的酪氨酸激酶受体,又名原癌基因受体(proto-oncogene receptor).以往,对SCF/c-kitR的大量研究集中于其对造血系统、神经系统的调节,表明SCF/c-kit不但通过Ras/Raf-1/MAP、JAK/STAT、Src家族信号传导途径调节造血细胞、免疫细胞的生成和功能发挥,还是神经-内分泌-免疫网络中调控因子的一员.近年来,大量的体内外研究显示,SCF/c-kitR和外界环境的其它因子相互作用,共同调控着生殖腺的发生和发育,本文就SCF/c-kit在此过程中的表达和作用进行综述.
