富含γ-亚麻酸的资源—黑醋粟籽油的开发研究

The Research on the Seeds Oil of R.Nigrum-A Natural Resource of γ-Linolenic Acid

γ_亚麻酸为具有多种特殊生理功能的多不饱和脂肪酸。本文通过对虎耳草科植物—黑醋粟的籽中所含油脂的理化分析 ,发现 :其中富含多种不饱和脂肪酸 ,尤其是γ_亚麻酸成份含量很高 (13.5 7% )。经比较 ,证明其γ_亚麻酸的含量在目前已测定的几种虎耳草科植物中是最高的。

Linolenic acid(γ_LA)is a kind of polyunsaturated fatty acid which has many special physiological functions.In this article,through the physical and chemical analysis on the seeds oil of R.Nigrum,the results show:the oil contains many kinds of unsaturated fatty acids,especially has high content of γ_LA(13.57%).After comparing with other origins of γ_LA in Saxifragaceae,the content of γ_LA in seeds oil of R.Nigrum is the highest.
