摘要 本文综合概述了葡萄籽提取物常规品质 ,有效成分含量 ,抗氧化性能的质量评定。 The quality evaluation of grape seed extract was illustrated from its normal quality,concentration of effective components,oxygen radical absorbance capacity.The key factor of quality evaluation of grape seed extract is polyphenol concentration and oxygen radical absorbance capacity.
