摘要 目的 确立发热待查 未明热 (FUO)的病因诊断 ,并寻找出具有针对性、有效性的治疗药物 ,进行临床治疗验证。方法 以无菌手续采静脉血用菌类群相 (需氧菌类、厌氧菌类、细菌L型类等 )同步培养和复数菌类药物敏感直接测试的方法 ,确立病因诊断并寻找出可用于针对、有效治疗的药物 ,按敏感数据选择药物 ,经静脉给药治疗。结果 189例患者体温最高 41 5℃、最低 3 7 8℃、平均 3 8 2℃ ;体温恢复正常时间最短 5d、最长 2 8d、平均 12d。按治愈标准出院分类第一诊断 (合并症列后 )统计 ,复数菌败血症 5例 ,细菌L型败血症 184例。结论  189例发热待查 未明热的病因诊断 ,与病原菌感染血液后 ,直接引发复数菌 或细菌L型败血症相关联。 Objective To study the etiolog ical factor in fever of unknown origin (FUO) and verify it in clinical therapy . Methods Blood samples were cultured and bacteria was identified by the complex bacteria synchronous culture and drugs se nsitivity tests.According to the bacteria identified and the result of sensitiv ity test,appropriate medicine was selected for the treatment of the patient. Results Five complex bacteria septicemias an d 184 bacteria L-type septicemias were diagnosed in 189 patients.The highest bo dy temperature was 41.5℃,the lowest was 37.8℃,and the average was 3 8.2℃ in these patients.The body temperature was turned to normal in 5~28 day s(the average was 12 days). Conclusion Bac teria complex and bacteria L-type infection may be the etiological factors for FUO.
