连续静-静脉血液滤过治疗肝性脑病14例疗效观察

目的 :观察连续静—静脉血液滤过 (CVVH)治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法 :对我院一年内收治的 2 8例中 14例肝性脑病患者进行 CVVH治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 85 .71% ,对照组有效率 4 2 .86 % ,两组比较有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :CVVH能有效地清除体内与肝性脑病发病有关的毒性物质 ,特别是中分子毒物 ,提高了肝性脑病患者的清醒率和存活率。

Objective To observe the effects of the continuous venous hemofiltration(CVVH) in the treatment of the patients with hepatic encephalopathy(HE).Methods:28 patients with HE were randomly divided into 2 goups,14 patients with HE were treated by the CVVH.Results:The efficiency of the group treated by the CVVH was 85.71%.The efficiency of the control group was 42.86%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that the CVVH can effectively eliminate the matabolic toxicants,especially medium molecules toxicants,related with HE.It was proved that the technology was a safe and effctive treatment for the HE.
