人工肝支持系统治疗对慢性重型肝炎患者近期血细胞影响的研究

Treatment with Artificial Liver Support System-Plaxma Exchange Blood Cell in the Patients of Severe Hippatitis

目的 :观察人工肝支持系统 (ALSS)——血浆置换 (PE)治疗重型肝炎患者外周血细胞影响。方法 :对 4 1例慢性重型肝炎进行 6 2次 PE治疗 ,其中治疗 1次的 4 1例 ,2次的 13例 ,3次的8例。治疗前后即刻进行外周血常规检测。结果 :ALSS当前对近期患者外周血细胞变化均无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :PE治疗重型肝炎是安全的 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of artificial liver support system (ALSS) plasma exchange(PE) on blood cells with in the patients of severe hepatitis.Mehtods:41 patients with severe hepatitis were treated with ALSS PE,the blood cells of those patient swere checked before and after every treatment of ALSS PE.Results:No significant differences of blood cells including erythrocyt,leukocyte,thrombocyte were found after the treatment.Conclusion:There is no change in the peripheral blood system of the severe hepatitis patients during the ALSS treatment.
