摘要
实验采用离子注入技术对"二步发酵法"生产维生素C中的伴生菌-苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis)进行处理,筛选维生素C的前体2 酮基 L 古龙酸的高产伴生菌菌株,以提高发酵生产水平。经过初筛、复筛,获得了使产酸活性提高的突变株,在筛选的646株菌中,有3株菌使收率提高了1-4%。
The objective of this experiment is to select high-yield strains of 2-keto-L-Gulonic acid and improve the ferment level of the Vc production.Bacillus thuringiensis was treated by the technology of ion implantation. Through the initial selection and the continuous ones, we acquired some mutant strains. And among the 646 strains from initial selection, there are 3 ones whose collection rates of producing 2-Keto-L-gulonic acid increased 1-4%. The result showed the method of treatingBacillus thuringiensis by the technology of ion implantation is desirable.
