缺氧增加大鼠视网膜糖载体蛋白glut-1的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的 用氧化钴作为刺激缺氧反应基因的试剂 ,检测缺氧条件下大鼠视网膜糖载体蛋白glut - 1及视网膜血管的密度的相关性 ,以探求糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制。方法 将含有氧化钴的溶液加入大鼠的摄入水中 ,饲养 1 0~ 1 2d。结果 氧化钴治疗组糖载体蛋白glut - 1的表达明显增强 (1 5 6倍 ) (P <0 0 5 )。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变由于血糖升高引起视网膜血管的损害导致组织缺血 ,继之产生的缺氧 ,引起糖载体蛋白glut- 1增加 ,导致组织和细胞的代谢异常 ,引起临床的眼底病变。 Objective To discuss the relation between retina vascular density and glucose carrier protein (glut-1) expression and explore the mechanism of retina lesion of diabetes due to hypoxia. Methods The cobaltous oxide as reagent of hypoxia reaction to detect glut-1 feed the rat for 10~12 days. Results The expression of glut-1 in cobaltous oxide treatment group was increased obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion The retina lesion of diabetes might be caused by the ischemia of retina due to high blood glucose level and the hypoxia happen to cause the glut-1 increase with abnormal metabolism of tissue and cell.
