对装甲旅(团)专业技术人才队伍建设的几点思考

人才是战斗力生成的关键之所在.装甲旅(团)是我军作战与编制的实体,装备保障专业技术人才培养与管理至关重要.装甲旅(团)必须盘活用人视角,把握人才成长的内外因素和一般规律,科学筹划专业人才发展战略,促进专业技术人才队伍不断发展壮大,以适应两个根本性转变的要求,迎接世界新军事技术革命的挑战.

Talents are key to combat power. Armored brigades (regiments) are mainstream of army fighting and organizing body. Their training and management of technical personnel are of primary importance. A brigade or regiment must be flexible in its vision of talents, make clear about internal as well as external factors of talents growing and general laws, and scientifically plan talent strategy to boost talents development to meet requirements of the Two Fundamental Changes and the challenges of the world's new revolution in military technologies.
