钼磷酸催化下甲苯的选择性硝化

Selective Nitration of Toluene with Nitric Acid in the Presence of Phosphomolybdic Acid Catalysts

制备了钼磷酸催化剂,研究了在不同焙烧温度及溶剂存在下,对甲苯一硝化产物中的对位选择性。结果发现以浓硝酸为硝化剂时,无CCl4溶剂存在下,经200℃,1.5h焙烧后的钼磷酸催化剂表现出良好的对位选择性,邻/对硝基甲苯异构体之比值为1.33,硝化产物得率为86.5%。

Phosphomolybdic acid catalyst was prepared. Regioselectivities of nitration of toluene with nitric acid in the presence of phosphomolybdic acid catalyst prepared under different calcination temperatures were investigated. It was found that nitration of toluene without CCl_4 in the presence of a catalyst calcinated at 200 ℃ for 1.5 h gave a yield of 86.5% of mononitrotoluene with high para-selectivity,the ortho-para-isomer ratio being 1.33.
