摘要
目的 :探讨血小板表面α -颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP - 14 0 )测定在糖尿病患者中的临床意义。方法 :选择 5 8例糖尿病患者、6 0例正常对照者 ,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法 (ELISA)测定GMP - 14 0含量。结果 :糖尿病患者GMP含量显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :糖尿病患者GMP - 14 0含量显著增高。这一研究结果对糖尿病并发血栓性疾病的发病机理及指导临床用药以缓解或延迟糖尿病并发症的发生具有重要意义。
Objective: To probe the determination of the clinic significance of GMP-140 in diabetics. Methods: 58 cases of diabetics were selected as the determined group and 60 normal persons as the control group. ELISA was used to detect the contents of GMP-140.Results: The contents of GMP-140 in diabetes were obviously higher than that of normal control group. Conclusion: The contents of GMP- 140 apparently increase in diabetics, so it is important to use GMP-140 for the study the mechanism of diabetes, for the prevention of its complication of thrombus, for the therapy in clinic, for the delay and the relief of its complications.
