摘要
目的 :利用花粉粒的特征来鉴别不同品种的花类中药材。方法 :采用显微鉴定的方法来识别花粉粒的形状、大小和色泽。结果 :花粉粒的鉴别对于组织破碎、性状难以分辨的粉末状的花类生药或以花类中药材制成的中成药是一种科学、准确、快捷的方法。结论 :花粉粒因中药材品种的不同 ,其形状、大小、色泽均不相同。
Objective: To identify different kinds of flowersof traditional Chinese medicinal materialswith characteristics of pollen particle.Methods: The shape,size,color and luster properties of pollen particle were discriminated by micro-identification. Results: Identification of pollen particle wasa scientific, accurate and prompt way to identify the powdered flowers crude medications whose organization wasbroken and properties were difficult to distinguish, or Chinese patent medicines, which are made of pollen particle of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Conclusion: Pollen particle's shape,size,color and luster are different as the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are varied.
