摘要
IRMA法试剂盒采用两株单克隆抗体 ,一株用于包被作为固相抗体 ,另一株用于标记Na1 2 5I为标记物 ,所用标准品与RIA法相同。结果显示 ,IRMA法试剂盒反应时间短 ,不用加分离剂专门离心 ,同时 ,IRMA试剂盒还具有灵敏度高、特异性强和稳定性好等优点 ;两种方法测值相关系数为 0 .980 0。
FSH IRMA was established and studied by comparing with FSH RIA.Two highly affinity monoclonal antibodies(McAb) were employed in the assay, one McAb coated to polystyrene tube, and the other labeled with Na 125 I tracer. Correlation coefficient between IRMA and RIA is 0.9800. FSH IRMA is comparably fast and convenient.Moreover, FSH IRMA has more high sensitivity, specificity and stability when compared with FSH RIA.
