Determination of cefalexin capsules by Fourier self deconvolution infrared spectroscopy

目的 :建立头孢氨苄胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 :采用傅里叶自解卷积红外光谱定量分析技术测定了头孢氨苄胶囊的含量。结果 :吸收度与头孢氨苄的质量百分数成良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98.98%,RSD为 1 .0 6 %。结论 :本方法简便、准确、可靠 ,可用于头孢氨苄胶囊的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of cefalexin in the cefalexin capsules for the control of the quality.METHODS Fourier self deconvolution infrared spectroscopy was used for the determination of cefalexin in the cefalexin capsules.RESULTS The content of cefalexin could be obtained, the relationship between the absorbance and the concentration was linear. The average recovery of cefalexin was 98.98% ,and RSD was 1.06% .CONCLUSIONS This method is simple,accurate and reliable.
