早期环境经验和应激对动物脑发育影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 环境经验塑造了动物的脑发育 ,下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺轴的活动作为动物早期环境经验的一部分 ,对中枢神经系统的发育具有深刻影响。长期高水平的糖皮质激素会使脑发育受损。初生鼠的应激无反应期使幼鼠在生后早期能保持较低的糖皮质激素水平 ,对脑发育有重要意义。母鼠的爱抚行为对维持仔鼠的应激无反应期起重要作用。早期安全、丰富的环境能缓冲应激反应时下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺轴的活动和糖皮质激素的产生 ;而生前、生后不良环境和强应激原刺激提高了下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺轴对应激的反应 ,对脑发育造成损害。有关早期环境经验和应激的研究也有力论证了温暖的母爱和安全、周到的育儿方式对人类婴幼儿脑发育的重要意义。
